There is  a great new small scale (max 120) ukulele festival here in the Netherlands (Holland to the uninitiated)

The UkeStock Festival is now coming to age and this year is running it’s third edition.

This year the festival is from the 14th to the 16th of June 2019 in Leermens near Groningen (home of the GUS) in Nederland.

The whole festival weekend with camping place tea/coffee and food is 45 euros! yep, yo heard it right Food, camping, workshops, concerts, other uke activities and much more for just 45 euros!

There is a full podium program beginning on friday with a day of ukulele fun and jamming followed by an open podium session and ending in a ‘ mini-concert‘ from Conny and the Vintage Teens.

Saturday is Jam, Workshop day. The workshops are included in the price and will be held by, amongst others – the world renowned players – Elisabeth Pfeifer and Professor Peter

And don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes for the  packed and wonderful international evening program with these wonderful Ukulele ‘Stars of the Stage”
