The Next GUS Meeting – 18 juni, 2024

Hey Folks, it’s time to polish off those ukuleles, tune em up and bring it on down to the next GUS meeting.

There’ll be beer and cheer and ukulele fun at that there o’ceallaighs Irish Pub (Groningen) on tuesday evening the 18th of june, Space for everyone so let’s have fun. 

So, don’t wait – write down that date and come on down top the funkiest uke club around.

18th of june, 2024 starting at 7 o’clock

Be there and join in with that there ukulele cheer.

The GUS Xmas Meeting – 19 dec

The next meeting will be our Xmas meeting folks… on the 19th of december

We’ll be upstairs (and downstairs) at o’ceallaighs Irish Pub sharing that Xmas Ukulele Love

It’s an open meeting as always and everyone is welcome to come on down and uke up your lives

We will be starting with a ‘normal’ GUS meeting and in the second half we’ll be doing a Xmas sing-a-long

We’ll be having an open podium where folks can play a song or two and there will be a buffet (bring your own food to share) and general xmas cheer.

Some of us will be drinking beer!

The Next GUS Meeting – 26 september

Hi Uke’ers

Nearly time to grab that wood and come on down to Groningen Town for a bit of Ukulele.

Yep – put it in your diary – 26th of september in o’ceallaighs Irish Pub starting at 7pm!!

Uke up your lives in our pleasent HQ with a beer or wine (or neither is also fine) and a good ole bit of playing uke and singing away to good songs and bad in a uked up way!!

The Next GUS meeting 12 september


What a lot of fun at the last meeting, smiling faces, party atmosphere, playing and singing those there GUS classics….

The next meeting is on it’s way. so pop in and have a play.

The Next GUS Meeting – 18 july

It’s nearly time for the next GUS meeting folks, pop on down and have some fun – in the rain or the sun, (we have heating and airco so we’re ready to go).

The next meeting is on the 18th of July at o’ceallaighs irish pun in Groningen and we will be bashing them ukes from 7pm.

So, polish those ukes and dig out your songbooks, grab a friend and drag them down to the funkiest ukulele club around.

The Next Groningen Ukulele Society Meeting – 6 June 2023

Nearly time to pick up those ukes and pop on down to that there Groningen Ukulele Society meeting.
Grab a friend and drag them along – you never know – maybe they will become the next uke-addict!
Get those fingers flying (with very little trying) and enjoy the sphere, with a wine or a beer in our fun and friendly club.

The Next GUS meeting – coz you know you wanna

Hey Folks, time to pop in out of the cold and fill your hearts with that warm ukulele feeling.

Don’t know where to go?? That’s easy!!!!

Pop on down to o’ceallaighs Irish Pub here in Groningen on the 14th of march and join in with the fun.
